As one of the senior consultants at Holloway Zaiser, Stacey helps organizations and the people within them bring about and navigate change. She has worked as a strategist, facilitator, interventionist, coach and trainer for over 25 years. Stacey’s consulting expertise includes strategic planning, leadership development, workplace culture interventions, job performance training, and coaching for executives, individuals, and teams.
Stacey is in demand across North America as a keynote speaker, thanks to her participatory presentations filled with energy, humour and creativity. She is a also a Senior Trainer at the Justice Institute of B.C.’s Centre for Conflict Resolution.
Stacey has developed extensive training programs in leadership development, change management, performance management, conflict management and customer service, as well as a resource for high school teachers and students: Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Skills for Youth. A graduate of UBC, Stacey also received a certificate in Conflict Resolution with specializations in anger management, mediation, and conflict resolution and negotiation.

Dale is a respected and sought-after facilitator, speaker, and educator in the fields of human relations and organization development with more than 25 years experience. He works with leaders and organizations to create and manage strategic change in two distinct ways. Using his understanding of trends, markets, customers, and competitors, he helps them identify and focus on where they are going. He then helps them manage the change process in a way that engages everyone affected.
Dale designs and delivers programs for improving interpersonal relations in both private and public sector organizations. He facilitates strategic planning sessions; leads seminars in change management, leadership skills, team building, conflict management, and climate building; and conducts organizational mediations. Dale believes that people want to feel they are contributing to something important and find meaning in their work.
Dale holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in applied behavioural sciences, with a specialty in organization development. He is a Senior Trainer in the Centre for Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of B.C., as well as a Registered Clinical Counselor.

Mario is a respected facilitator, coach, interventionist and trainer with 20+ years of experience working in human relations consulting. In his work, he focuses on leadership, team development, change management, and conflict resolution. He is an energetic and entertaining speaker, and well regarded for his ability to mediate disputes.
Mario is an expert in workplace violence prevention, and has developed comprehensive training programs for corporate, government and non-profit organizations in need of anger, crisis, and violence management. He currently helps large public and private organizations ensure compliance with the Workers’ Compensation Board of B.C.’s violence in the workplace prevention regulations. He is certified as a practitioner and trainer by the Crisis Prevention Institute.
Mario also works as a Senior Trainer in the Justice Institute of B.C.’s Centre for Conflict Resolution and regularly conducts crisis management training for the B.C. Corrections Branch and various B.C. municipal police departments.
